Conversations are the primary way you interact with Luna. Each conversation is a structured dialogue where Luna asks targeted questions to extract and organise your strategic thinking. Unlike a generic chatbot, Luna understands the Decision Stack framework and steers the conversation toward the context that matters most.

How conversations work

When you start a conversation, Luna draws on everything already in your knowledgebase to ask informed questions. If this is your first conversation, she starts from scratch with broad questions about your business challenge. As your knowledgebase grows, conversations become more specific — surfacing gaps, testing assumptions, and connecting new thinking to existing context.

Conversation types

Luna supports several conversation modes including first-time onboarding conversations, deep-dive sessions focused on a specific layer of the stack, document-guided conversations where Luna processes a document and asks follow-up questions, and free-form sessions where you bring whatever is on your mind. Each conversation generates fragments — structured pieces of strategic context — that feed into your Decision Stack automatically.
