Knowledgebase

Your knowledgebase is the persistent memory behind Luna. Every conversation, every document import, and every context bundle adds to it. Unlike a chat history that resets, your knowledgebase compounds — giving Luna deeper understanding of your business over time.

How the knowledgebase works

When you have a conversation or import a document, Luna extracts structured fragments of strategic context. These fragments are categorised, linked to relevant layers of your Decision Stack, and stored in your knowledgebase. Over time, patterns emerge — Luna can surface connections between a conversation you had three months ago and a document you imported yesterday.

What gets stored

The knowledgebase stores extracted context, not raw documents. When you upload a PDF or transcript, Luna processes it and extracts the strategically relevant information. The original document is not retained. This means your sensitive documents are processed but not stored, while the strategic insights they contain are available to Luna for future conversations.
